Felipa Xara-Brasil
Top Talent Advisor, with more than 25 years of professional experience, 15 of which within the Executive Search area, with more than 17,000 hours dedicated to the evaluation and analysis of executive profiles , having worked in different industries, namely Industrial, Financial Institutions, Professional Services, Consumer, and Telecom. Felipa was one of the founders of Heidrick & Struggles in Portugal, having accumulated in its functions the responsibility the start-up of the office in Angola, the business development in Mozambique, and also the responsibility of managing the Lisbon office, within both areas, Executive Search and Leadership Consulting (ex: Assessments ) projects.
Felipa was a CFO in a TMT and Services Group, having also been Financial Director of the Lisbon Oceanarium and the Multipurpose Pavilion, with responsibilities from the start-up phase of the specifications for its construction until the delivery of the project and its operational management.
Previously held a Controller role at Danone International Brands and as Senior Associate at KPMG.
Throughout her career, Felipa also joins 12 years of collaboration with social solidarity entities, 10 years in educational and sports organizations, and she is also a federated athlete for more than 37 years.
Felipa has a Business and Management degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
Joana Proença de Carvalho
Top Talent Advisor with 20 years of professional experience, with more than 10,000 hours dedicated to the evaluation and analysis of executive profiles, having developed projects in sectors such as Engineering and Construction, Telecommunications, Industry, Media, Health and Utilities, acting both in Executive Search and Consulting area, including corporate governance, organization and human capital. Joana began her career at Accenture, as a Human Capital consultant. Having joined Heidrick & Struggles in 2001, she was part of the team that developed and launched Leadership Services in Portugal and SELA region (South Europe and Latin America). In 2006, she joined Brandia Central, a group of branding and communication companies, where she held executive positions, being responsible for Human Resources and Support in Portugal, Angola and Brazil. From 2012 to 2015, she was a partner of Fesa, an executive search company in Brazil, where she launched consulting services, having led projects in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Brasilia and Belém.
Joana holds a degree in Management, from Instituto Superior de Ciências do Trabalho e da Empresa. Additionally, she holds a Life & Executive Coaching certification from ICI – Integrated Coaching Institute, in São Paulo, Brazil.
